Shipping Overview
Fidtoy orders are shipped through trusted third-party shipping partners. Depending on your destination and order details, we may use carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other reliable logistics providers.

Processing Time & Delivery Time
The total time to receive your order includes processing time and shipping time.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other unexpected logistics issues.
Important Notes
- Please provide a complete, accurate, and secure shipping address when placing your order.
- If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
- If you believe your delivery location is unsafe, please provide an alternative address where someone can receive the package securely.
- If special delivery instructions are needed, please include them at checkout whenever possible.
Out-of-Stock or Delayed Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will arrange shipment as soon as it becomes available again. In such cases, shipping time may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we may contact you by email.
Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, your order may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment locations. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for the same order. There will be no additional shipping cost to you for split shipments.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment through the relevant carrier’s website.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival.
- If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, please do not accept or sign for the package if possible.
- Please take photos of the package and damage immediately.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
To report shipping damage, please email us at Support@Fidtoy.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.
Failed Delivery / Refused Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, failure to receive the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any resulting shipping fees, return costs, redelivery fees, or related handling charges.
If an order is refused after shipment or canceled while already in transit, any shipping-related costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Customs, Duties, and Delays
For international orders, customs clearance may affect delivery time. Fidtoy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local courier interruptions, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
