Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Fidtoy. If something is not right, we’re here to help. If you decide that one of our products is not the right fit for your family, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If the item does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to approve your return.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at Support@Fidtoy.com.
If your request is eligible, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once you ship the package back, please email us the return tracking number so we can monitor and process your return more efficiently.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to complete the return process after the package arrives in order to receive a refund.
Refunds
Once your returned package arrives and is inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item(s). We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in selecting products and packing orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider. It can take some time before a refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank or credit card provider, as there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items
Sale items may still be eligible for a refund if they meet the return requirements outlined above, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you would like to exchange an eligible item for another product, please email us at Support@Fidtoy.com.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise agreed.
If you are shipping an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery Issues Caused by Incorrect Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information entered by the customer, we are not responsible for the failed delivery.
In such cases, we may be able to send a replacement, but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you cannot physically find your package, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly. In many cases, the carrier can provide more details about the delivery location.
Please also check with household members, neighbors, building management, or any safe place where the package may have been left.
